Because we don’t like to keep you waiting, Mademoiselle Bikini ships your products the same day for any order placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM!
Delivery, costs, and times:
Delivery is free for orders over €79.
Below that, shipping costs are €4.90 for standard delivery and €10 for express delivery.
- Standard home delivery, no signature (no insurance) via Colissimo: delivery 48-72 hours after shipment - €4.90
- Registered Exapaq delivery: delivery 24-48 hours after shipment, with signature - €5
- Express delivery (DHL): delivery the day after shipment before 6 PM - €10
- International delivery times and costs depend on the country and region:
* DOM-TOM: delivery between 5-7 business days depending on destination - €10
* European Union (Colissimo International): delivery between 5-10 business days. Price varies by country between €11 and €24.
Shipment to countries outside of the European Union and the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
United States DDP TERMS:
Shipments to the USA and Puerto Rico will be completely tax-free for you, as the prices displayed on our website already include all taxes. We take care of paying them on your behalf. All shipments are made under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
No matter which delivery method is chosen, a tracking number will be provided on the day of shipment so you can follow your parcel step by step!
Article 8: GENERAL TERMS OF SALE: Shipping and Delivery
Excluding sales periods, any order placed on the mademoisellebikini.com website before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to payment validation (see Article 10: Payment).
The carrier times indicated below are counted from the dispatch of the parcel from mademoisellebikini.com. Mademoisellebikini.com is not responsible for extended delivery times due to the carrier, including lost products, bad weather, or strikes.
Mademoisellebikini.com commits to delivering the items ordered and paid for by the client within the expected time. If the items are not delivered within 7 days from the expected delivery date, and this delay is not due to force majeure, the client may cancel the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to: Mademoisellebikini.com, 25 Hameau d'Arbonne, Entrée Soule, 64210 Arbonne.
The amounts paid by the client will then be fully refunded.
In case of prolonged delivery delay, you must report it within seven (7) days by email to: info@mademoisellebikini.com.
We will then contact postal services to open an investigation.
The client must check the condition of delivered items. In case of apparent anomalies (damaged package, opened package, liquid traces, etc.), the client or recipient must not open the package but return it unopened within five (5) working days to a post office and make a report.
Opening the package excludes any recourse with the carrier (La Poste, GLS, ...). The client must also immediately report the problem to customer service at: info@mademoisellebikini.com.
The client must report any delivery incident to customer service within three (3) business days following delivery (or refusal of delivery).
Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing item compared to the order, damaged or opened package, broken or defective item) must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.
Failure to follow the above procedures will invalidate any claim by the client.
All items offered by mademoisellebikini.com are subject to the legal warranty provided under Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code (see Article 12 Responsibility & Warranty).
Once the client has received the Product, they assume all risks of damage or loss of the Product.
Delivery fees and times:
In case of input errors, such as an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver.
All costs related to re-shipping products due to client input errors are the exclusive responsibility of the client.
The Client may choose from the following delivery methods:
1) EXAPAQ: Delivery with signature in Metropolitan France. Delivery is €5 (regardless of parcel weight or amount). Delivery time: 48-72 hours.
2) Colissimo (mailbox, relay point, or post office) in Metropolitan France. Delivery cost: €5, free from €49 only for relay point delivery (regardless of parcel weight or amount). Delivery time: 48-72 hours.
3) Colissimo DOM-TOM and International:
• DOM-TOM: delivery 5-7 business days depending on destination - €10
• Rest of the European Union (Colissimo International): delivery 5-10 business days. Price varies by country between €11 and €24.
4) Express delivery via DHL EXPRESS for Metropolitan France (24h):
Delivery within 24h costs €10. Orders placed before 1 PM (business day) will be delivered the next day. No delivery on Saturdays.
Delivery errors: The consumer must submit any claim regarding delivery errors or non-conformity of products on the day of delivery or at the latest the first business day after delivery. Claims made after this period will be rejected. Claims not submitted according to these rules will not be considered, releasing the seller from all liability.
In case of delivery error or exchange, all products to be exchanged or refunded must be returned intact in their original packaging to the seller’s address.
To be accepted, all returns must be reported and have prior approval from the seller, who will reship the parcel to the correct address if approved.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller, except if the product does not match the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form.
