EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

At Mademoiselle Bikini, you have 15 days to change your mind!

Want to make an exchange:
The size or model didn’t suit you, and you want to exchange it for another product or choose a different size?

Conditions for a free exchange:
- You have a maximum of 15 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are only valid for non-sale and non-promotional items.
- Return shipping costs for the items to be exchanged are the responsibility of the client. The shipment of your exchanged item is free.
- You must reside in Metropolitan France.
- The item(s) returned must be new, unused, with original tags, with interior hygiene protection for swimsuits, and in their original packaging in perfect condition.

How to proceed:
It’s simple!

- Just contact customer service by email at info@mademoisellebikini.com.

Remember to include your name, order number, the reference of the item you want to exchange, and the new size.

- Drop your package at the Post Office.

Once we receive your returned package, we will send the new item, and you will be notified by email.

Want a refund?

Conditions for a refund:
- You have a maximum of 15 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
- The item(s) returned must be new, unused, with original tags, with interior hygiene protection for swimsuits, and in their original packaging in perfect condition.

How to proceed:
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Packages must be sent back via Colissimo or Lettre Suivie Max to the following address:

The refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving your package, either by credit card or PayPal, depending on your original payment method.
